Introduction

WELCOME TO YOUR CORE CONNECT PELVIC FLOOR AUDIO PACK FOR BLADDER / UTERINE PROLAPSE

If you are here, I suppose you have been diagnosed with what I call the front or middle entrance prolapse.

You may experience uncomfortable symptoms, like heaviness in the pelvis or the sensation of having a ball at the entrance of your vagina. You may also be symptom-free.

In either case, well done being here!

This pack comprises a number of releasing techniques. You are probably wondering why you need to release the pelvic floor muscles when they are not quite as supportive of your organs as you’d like them to be, which indicates they may be a little too relaxed! The truth is that with weakness often comes tension. And to strengthen these muscles we need to make sure that they are not tight to begin with. You will only be able to reach maximal strength and “lift” when you manage to fully let go.

Start the pack ideally on the day following the last day of your period.

If you are postpartum and have not had your period yet, or if you are post-menopausal, you can start now!

Enjoy taking care of your precious muscles!

I hope you notice some improvement promptly.

Warmly,

Marianne
