You are going to experience firsthand that it does not take much to take care of the pelvic floor muscles for optimum performance and quality of life. This mix of strengthening drills, releasing exercises, and deep hip mobilisation is plenty. 

If you consider yourself athletic, watch out for the tendency you may have to only do the strengthening exercises in this pack. In your case, the releasing exercises and stretches may not only be more critical than the strengthening ones, they may prove beneficial on a daily basis. 

Start this pack ideally on the day following the last day of your period.
