You can start the course at any time during your pregnancy. We have designed it so each week helps you build on the knowledge acquired in the previous one. You will find instructions on how to modify were you to practice one of the classes at a later point during your pregnancy than it was intended for.
About our instructor
Marianne is the founder of the Core Connect Method. A mum of two and fervent women's health advocate, she is a passionate mover, functional anatomy geek, fully-certified Pilates instructor, and core expert.
After a difficult childbirth and isolating first year postpartum, she had to explore recovery options outside the medical community.
As she healed herself, she decided to work towards developing a more thorough and compassionate approach to prenatal and postnatal training: she created practical workshops for mamas, a diastasis repair programme, and a comprehensive prenatal and postnatal course for instructors that went beyond her Pilates background and drew on the latest research in women’s health.
