If you are here, I suppose you have been diagnosed with what I call the back entrance prolapse.

You may experience uncomfortable symptoms, like feeling like there is a ball in your rectum, or you may be symptom-free.

In either case, well done being here! 

This pack comprises a number of releasing techniques. You are probably wondering why you need to release the pelvic floor muscles when they are not quite as supportive of your organs as you’d like them to be, which indicates they may be a little too relaxed! The truth is that with weakness often comes tension. And to strengthen these muscles we need to make sure that they are not too tight to begin with.

Start the pack ideally on the day following the last day of your period. 

If you are postpartum and have not had your period yet, or if you are post-menopausal, you can start now!

Don’t forget: Do not push for number two. I encourage you to use relaxation techniques, J-breath, and make any dietary changes that may prove helpful instead.
