Stress urinary incontinence is uncomfortable, I know. It can be caused by weak or tight muscles, by poor breathing patterns during training, or by a loss of reflexive abilities in the pelvic floor. The latter means that your muscles may be strong but they don’t engage on their own when they should. When you jump, dance, when you carry something heavy.
This pack covers strengthening exercises, releasing drills, and some exercises to reprogramme your reflexes so you can begin to address most potential root causes.
Start the pack ideally on the day following the last day of your period.
