You are probably experiencing the “urge to go” quite often, and may be struggling to reach the bathroom in time. 

First, I strongly encourage you to identify any potential trigger. Do you feel the urge when you are in the car, before some meetings, just before going for a run, when you are gardening maybe? Are you holding back for too long when you are busy, creating the urge to go at other moments?

Studies have shown that journaling to identify triggers helps reprogramme ourselves. This pack encourages regularity more so than any other pack for this reason. 

Once you identify triggers, try to delay the time you go next by 15 minutes. You can use some of the audios available here when the urge hits.

Last, note that studies also show that eliminating diuretic foods/ drinks and reaching an optimal BMI (between 18.5 and 25) can contribute to reducing the incidence of “urge” leakages. Worth looking into!

Start this pack ideally on the day following the last day of your period.
